Mary Jane Branham, 80, of South Jacksonville, IL died Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL.

She was born May 26, 1932 in Vandalia, IL; the daughter of Joseph G. and Emma Jean Forbes Chernisky. She married Stanley Paul Branham and he preceded her in death in 1998.

She is survived by three daughters, Paula Stover (husband, James) of Dallas, TX, Sue Clark of Redding, CA, and Beth Lacey of South Jacksonville; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two sisters, Bonnie Minor (husband, Bob) of South Jacksonville and Anna Mae Siebert (husband, Maurice) of Granite City; and several nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Mary Jane was a 1950 graduate of Vandalia High School and was employed over 10 years at Capitol Records in Jacksonville.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 am Saturday, June 30, 2012, at the Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home in Jacksonville where the family will meet friends from 9:00 am Saturday until the time of services.
