Kishore Kulkarni, 49, of Jacksonville, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2012, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

He was born August 9, 1962, in Sinnar, India, the son of Shripad and Shaila Joshi Kulkarni. He married Madhavi Buldeo on December 9, 1990, and she survives.

He is also survived by his parents of Nasik, India; his son, Prathamesh Kulkarni, and daughter, Eshwari Kulkarni, both of Jacksonville; and a sister, Kalpana (Vinayak) Sathe of Mumbai, India. He was preceded in death by a brother, Kiran Kulkarni.

Private family services were held. Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home and Crematory in Jacksonville is in charge of arrangements.
