Michael Andrew "Andy" Phillips, 62, of Jacksonville, IL, passed away Friday, March 21, 2025.

He was born February 19, 1963, in Jacksonville, the youngest son of the late Bill and Betty (Mills) Phillips.

He is survived by his daughter, Chelsea Phillips (Amiya Ferrell) and his sons, Broc and Bracken Phillips; two grandchildren, Chaeli Thomas and Carter McNeely; one sister, Tracy Phillips-Amdal and brothers, Mark (Micki) Phillips and Dale (Tami) Phillips; and several nieces and nephews.

Andy was a 1981 graduate of Jacksonville High School. He was a local contractor in the area for many years. He loved traveling to watch his grandchildren play various sports. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed time with family and friends.
