Annie Blanche Overton, 63, of Jacksonville, IL, died Sunday, Jan. 9, 2022, at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital. She was born June 2, 1958, in Kankakee, IL, the daughter of Romaine A. Lambert and Kathryn Louise Duffield Lambert. She married L.M. Overton and he preceded her in death. She is survived by three brothers and three sisters, Robert (Mary) Duffield, Judy Grob, Arthur (Nancy) Lambert, Mary (Dale) Lietz, Gerald (Valerie) Levesque and Shirley Conners (significant other, Rick); sister-in-law, Peggy Lambert; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; one brother, Roger Lambert; and two sisters, Audrey Truesdell and Jeannie Grob. Annie was a volunteer with the Jacksonville Salvation Army. She had a very caring heart and loved to be around children and especially enjoyed babysitting. She enjoyed doing plastic canvas work. Cremation rites have been accorded.
