Delores Jacqueline Holland, 90, of Jacksonville, IL passed away peacefully on Monday, September 15, 2025. She was born September 17, 1934, in West Virginia to Jack and Lola (Smith) McAnally.

Jackie is survived by her husband, Edmond "Ken" Holland; her children, John (Nancy) Harper, Gail (Chris) Wilcox, Patty (Bill) Flatt, Linda (Pedro) Medina, Gary (Carla) Harper, Lance (Kara) Higdon, Vance (Peggy) Higdon, and several generations of numerous grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Dale and Carl McAnally, and the fathers of her children, Clifford Harper and Raymond Higdon.
Jackie graduated from the West Virginia School for the Deaf as Valedictorian in 1953. She spent her life raising children and then worked as a seamstress at The Paper Box Company and at Penrose Uniforms in Quincy. She cherished spending time with the grandchildren in all their various activities and following the Illinois School for the Deaf sports teams.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the ISD Athletic Fund. The Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home in Jacksonville is assisting the family. Condolences may be left at buchanancody.com.
