Diane Lambert, 75, of Jacksonville, IL, passed away Sunday, Nov. 6, 2022, at Springfield Memorial Hospital. She was born Sept. 15, 1947, in Winchester, the daughter of William and Barbara Woodall Haggard. She married Richard L. Lambert on Aug. 11, 1967, in Winchester and he preceded her in death on Sept. 16, 2022. She is survived by one son, Scott (Sara) Lambert of Buffalo Grove; three grandchildren, Ethan Lambert of Colorado Springs, CO, and Aiden and Olivia Lambert, both of Buffalo Grove; one sister, Daphne (Jess) Spradlin of Jacksonville; one brother, Robert (Marsha) Haggard of Jacksonville; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one daughter, Holly, in infancy. Diane worked as an administrative assistant with Morgan County for many years. She enjoyed reading and she loved her family. At her request, there will be no services. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
