J Wayne Chilton, 91, passed away at Prairie Village in Jacksonville, IL, on Saturday, October 2nd, 2021. J Wayne, a lifelong farmer of Virginia, IL, was born in Lebanon, MO, on Feb 13. 1930, to Glen and Eula Chilton. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Jean, his children Tim (Annie) Chilton, Bev Spradlin, Jeanie (John) Dixon, and June (Troy) Alexander, his seven grandchildren, and his twelve great grandchildren. J Wayne enjoyed hunting with his grandsons, attending his grandchildrens and great grandchildrens sports games, and playing cards. Per his request, there will be no formal services.
