Julie Ann Powers, 61, of Jacksonville, IL, died Monday, Dec. 18, 2023, at Jacksonville Skilled Nursing and Rehab.

She was born Feb. 7, 1962, in Springfield, the daughter of Ernest E. and Charlotte (Henry) Wilson. She married Robert Henry "Hank" Powers on July 7, 1992, in Jacksonville, and he preceded her in death on April 14, 2018.

She is survived by her daughter, Rosa (Matt) Glaenzer of Jacksonville; three grandchildren, Donna Sue (Travis) West, Dominic Gage Clark and Aerowynn Unique Clark; three sisters, Judy Wilson, Nancy Wilson and Karrie (Alan) Ramos; four brothers, Stoney Wilson, Peter Wilson, Keith (Angie) Wilson and Ricky Wilson; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Janice Henson (surviving husband, David), Joyce Hennessey (surviving husband, David) and Carolyn Barton; and one brother, Ernest "Rocky" Wilson.

Julie had a green thumb and enjoyed gardening. She loved watching horror films and loved listening to records.
