Larry Dean Gain, 59, died Friday, March 11, 2022, at his farm, Indian Creek Farm, in rural Ashland, IL. He was born November 15, 1962, in Jacksonville, the son of John L. and Bonnie Jo Lashley Gain. Larry is survived by his daughter, Cheyenne Nicole Gain of Jacksonville; sister, Laurie Gain of Tucson, Arizona; two nephews, Jason and Matthew Marchiando; and significant other, Lisa Settles. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Jeff L. Gain. Mr. Gain owned and operated L.G. Masonry & Concrete. He also owned Indian Creek Farm Whitetails. Larry, "Antlerman," enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his Harley, and morning walks searching for arrowheads and shed antlers. Larry is back in the great outdoors, where he always wanted to be.
