Linda L. (Westmorlan) Farrall, 83, of Jacksonville, IL, passed away Sunday, May 5, 2024, at her home.

She was born Jan. 30, 1941, in Springfield, the daughter of O.L. and Nell (Burch) Westmorlan, both deceased.

She is survived by her daughter, Susan Wood (Danny) of Jacksonville; her son, Chris Black of Florida; one grandson, Tyler Harpole (Ella) of Minnesota; one granddaughter, Abby Harpole (Austin Bailey) of Jacksonville; two step grandsons, Kody Wood (Allie) of Bloomingdale, and Klay Wood (Morgan) of Jacksonville; two great granddaughters, Ragen Harpole and Freyja Bailey; one sister, Jo Ann Campbell (deceased husband, Gary) of Jacksonville; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister, Donna Rooney (surviving husband, Pete).

Linda graduated from Jacksonville High School, Class of 1959. After many years of living in Florida, Linda returned to Jacksonville to be near family and especially enjoyed holiday get-togethers. She was an active member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church. She was also an avid sports fan, with a special love for Illini Basketball. She was an animal lover and will be missed by her beloved cat, Patches. Her family will especially miss her texts with unique emojis.
