Lloyd Earnest Bryant, 78, of Jacksonville, IL passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital.

Lloyd was born on January 17, 1948, in White Hall, the son of Ellery Earnest and Leta Iona (Beasley) Bryant.

Lloyd was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was active with Elm City Center and a member of the Jacksonville Deaf Bible Church.

A private burial service will be held at Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield. The Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home in Jacksonville is in charge of the arrangements. Condolences may left at buchanancody.com.
