Ralph W. Noe, 75, of California passed away March 18, 2025, at his home.

He was born November 22, 1949, in Springfield, Illinois, the son of Ralph V. Noe and Ruth J. Noe.

He is survived by his two sisters, Penny Martin (deceased husband Ronald Martin), Kathy Jo (Bill) Kuehl; three brothers, Todd L (Jean) Noe, Joe C. (Shari) Noe, Chris (Ruth) Noe. He also had several loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Ralph loved to read and collected books. He loved his friends whom he considered his second family in California. He will be greatly missed by all his friends and family.

Cremation rites have been administered; there will be a private burial at Calvary Cemetery at a later date. The Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home in Jacksonville is assisting the family with arrangements.
