Rebecca K. Taylor, 67, of Jacksonville, IL, died Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024, at White Hall Nursing and Rehab.

She was born March 3, 1956, in White Hall, the daughter of Franklin and Mary Ann Cox.

She is survived by two sons, Daniel (Angela) Swarringin of Jacksonville and Tony (Kelsey) Taylor of Murrayville; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two sisters, Barb Cox and Linda Reiter; five brothers, Frankie Cox, Robert Cox, Ronnie Inman, Harold Cox and Chris Cox; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Becky enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. She loved drinking coffee and collecting bears and Scentsy pots.

The family will host a Celebration of Life at a later date. The Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home in Jacksonville is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be sent online at buchanancody.com.
