Robert A. Violett, 59, of Jacksonville, IL died Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2022, at his home. He was born Jan. 10, 1963, the son of William K. and Marjorie Powell, and she survives in St. Joseph, MO. He is also survived by his spouse, Susan Thomas and her daughter, Angela Burrus, both of Jacksonville; two brothers, Billy Violett and Eric Violett; and a niece, Cody Lehr. Robert was a Kansas City Chiefs fan and enjoyed fishing. Services in St. Joseph, MO will be held at a later date. The Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home in Jacksonville is in charge of the arrangements.
