Rosemary L. Garman, 59, of Jacksonville, IL, died Monday, June 20, 2022, at her home. She was born Sept. 29, 1962, in Jacksonville, the daughter of James L. and Mary Frances Menezes Williams. She is survived by her father of Jacksonville; her daughter, Olivia Garman of Jacksonville; three brothers, Rexford Williams, Jim (Natalie) Williams, and Scott Williams, all of Jacksonville; five nieces and nephews, Ethan, Evan, Gianna, Nadia, and Colten Williams; and two aunts, Mary J. Williams of Jacksonville and Patricia L. Barker of Springfield. She was preceded in death by her mother. Rosemary had worked as an administrative assistant for Hertzberg New Method, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and the Springfield Urban League. She loved life and especially loved caring for Olivia. A private funeral will be held with burial at Diamond Grove Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to assist with Olivias expenses in care of Rexford Williams.
