Tracy Puls, 40, of Winchester, IL, died Tuesday, July 23, 2024.

She was born June 21, 1984, in Dallas, TX, the daughter of Edwin and Debbie (Burgett) Clark.

She is survived by her husband, John Puls of Winchester; her mother, Debbie Clark of Bluffs; two brothers, Richard (Tara) Clark and Chris (Barbie) Clark, all of Bluffs; one sister, Jenny (Rusty) Flannigan of Glasgow; and nine nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father.

Tracy was a graduate of Bluffs High School and had worked for Reynolds Consumer Products in Jacksonville for over thirteen years. She loved spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews.

Cremation rites have been accorded and the family will host a Celebration of Life at a later date. The Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home in Jacksonville is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be sent online at buchanancody.com.
