Yvonne Marie Bradley, 82, of Jacksonville, IL passed away Friday, February 21, 2025, at her home. She was born on November 11, 1942, in Menominee, Michigan and was the daughter of Wilfred and Joyce (Menard) Bertrand. She graduated from Menominee High School and received a degree in Business Administration from Northern Michigan University where she was a member of Chi Omega Sorority. After graduation, she moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin and worked as an Executive Secretary and Assistant Personal Manager at the Milwaukee Investment Company.

While in Milwaukee she met her future husband, Robert "Bob" Bradley. They married on January 6, 1968 and spent the first year of their marriage in Columbia, South Carolina at Fort Jackson where Bob was a Dental Officer in the US Army. Upon Bob's discharge, they moved to Jacksonville, Illinois where she assisted Bob in establishing his dental practice.

Yvonne also worked for Barbara Langdon Interiors and the Wells Center in Jacksonville for 17 years as an Admission Specialist. She was a member of the Passavant Auxiliary, Salvation Army Auxiliary, and Jacksonville Art Association. One of her favorite roles was acting as co-chairman of the first Follies for Passavant Memorial Hospital. Yvonne was a long-time and active member of the Trinity Episcopal Church where she belonged to the Vestry and was a member of the Altar Guild.

Her interests included mystery novels, Green Bay Packers football, and canine companions Hoover, Cricket, and Iris. She especially enjoyed the yearly trips with the "Woodsy Ladies". She is survived by her husband Bob, son Jeffrey (Kristina), Kristina's children Sarah and Peter Warfield, and sister-in-law Patricia Wright, all of Jacksonville; niece Brandi Harvey of Collierville, TN; nephew Brock Bertrand of Fayetteville, AR, and nephew Brad Wright of Parker, CO. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Robert Bertrand, sister-in-law Dana Bertrand; niece Ashley Wright; and brother-in-law Wesly Wright.

A funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 28, 2025, at the Trinity Episcopal Church. The family will meet friends 4-6 p.m. Thursday at the Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home in Jacksonville. Burial will be held at a later date.
